  So I just had one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences when I tried to buy business insurance with a representative by the name of Robert Barclay. This one star review is solely for him. The other reps at the front desk were nothing but professional. Robert Barclay however, couldn't have been more rude or disrespectful to me. Example: Asking me a question and then coughing loudly as soon as I answered, then barking "what?" at me and expecting me to repeat myself. "No excuse me", "pardon I missed that"... nothing that would indicate any amount of respect toward a potential business client. I found myself repeating answers to him several times. It was as if he couldn't grasp a single thing I was saying. He was aggressive and dressed so poorly on top of it all - scraggly hair, faded jeans, sweatshirt and dirty workbooks. There was just nothing professional about him. His hostility towards me - perhaps mysoginistic in nature - was enough for me to get up and leave after 2 minutes. I went home and bought business insurance online, and the customer service experience was night and day. I will never recommend Cherry Insurance to anyone who asks me in the future about where to buy business insurance. In fact, I'll do the opposite.
