- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The new front desk person is a little aggressive, you need a customer service training I think, you can't argue with the client. Talk to her on the phone and tell her that I'm gonna be a little late for about less than 15mins, and she told me that is considered as a cancel appointment if I'll be late for more than 15mins. My point is she don't have that feels sorry customer service type of attitude. And she started arguing with me on the phone. Wow. I'm your client and you can't pisses me off more. And she hang up the phone on me and never feel sorry or anything. Been a client for this clinic almost 3years.by norlee eboniteMay 21, 2017
