  Linda and Jarret are a great team and the Foundations class is excellent for beginners and for teaching the basics but in a very detailed and knowledgeable practice. After the 8 week class was over, I missed attending so much that I went on YouTube for videos and they totally lacked in everything compared to this studio. What Linda and Jarret offer is quality information and I look forward to signing up in the new year. Thank you for a great experience! If I could change one thing, it would be moving the class to 5pm or 5:30pm :)

  I was fortunate enough to have Linda rehabilitate me back to health from a couple of different injuries over the years. Her knowledge, care and compassion in my various treatment programs had built a strong foundation of communication and trust that lead to my successful recoveries. So when my mom sustained an injury last winter I connected with Linda right away. Linda was able to accommodate her on short notice, asses her and start treatment on her injury right away. Through Linda's guidance and multifaceted background, my mom was quite enthused to show me some of her "new moves" that aided in her recovery. Thanks to Linda, mom is feeling strong and healthy again. Thanks for everything Linda!
