- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Griebel is excellent. I felt she was very patient, not rushed, very thorough, compassionate and caring. She made sure to explain everything she was doing or going to do. Made my pets, especially my scardie cat to be calm and reassured by her gentle handling of him. The office staff is very friendly and kind as well. I liked that they called a few days later to find out how my pet was doing. I wish I could be able to give the clinic a 5 star instead of a 4 but to be honest I did not feel as comfortable with Dr. Nelson. I felt he was rushed even though I didn't see any other patients waiting. Didn't think he was thorough or maybe thought he wasn't since he was doing it so quickly not explaining much. Felt my pets weren't very comfortable by his handling. But please don't give up on this clinic, maybe just a bad day with him. I just make sure when I take my pets, all three, to go with Dr Griebel since we felt more comfortable with her.by kimbarlouApril 13, 2017
