  My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for years and we were always so pleased with the service. We knew everyone that worked there and never had a problem. It appears there has been a complete switch in management and staff and it is horribly run. I have been put on hold every time I called and ended up having to go in each time to fill my prescriptions because they never picked the phone back up. The staff is not near as knowledgable or friendly and they are so slow and disorganized. We are all switching pharmacies.

  3 different times we went to pick up our prescriptions, they didn't even have them all ready, or said they didn't know we needed that certain one! We switched to another pharmacy that is more on the ball, and not so frazzled!

  HEADS UP CUSTOMER REXAL DRUG STORE MCKERCHER DR .MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN CUSTOMER DRUG STORE OVER 20 YEAR EXTREMELY PLEASE SERVICE PREVIOSLY . OWNSHIP HAVE CHANGE PRESENTLY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT DO NOT NO WHAT THEY ARE DOING .I WOULD CALL FOR REPEATS ABOUT A WEEK . I ARRIVED THEY HAVE NOT EVEN START HIS MEDICATION .WHEN YOU CALL THEY LEAVE ON HOLD FOR A LEAST 30 MINS .I CAN WRITE A LOT ERRORS THAT BEEN HAPPENING WE HAVE CHANGE DRUG STORE PRESENTLY . I CAN NOT TAKE A CHANCE TO MY HUSBAND HEALTH THEY MIGHT GAVE HIM WRONG MEDICATION
